Hi my name is Rooster and I am a sweet and young basset mix that was surrendered by my prior owners. I was allowed to run free and sometimes had to sleep outside. I am heartworm positive and will be starting my treatment soon. I can be shy but love other dogs, kids, and people! My prior owners said I am a mix of basset hound, schnauzer, and dachshund. I am learning the ropes at my current foster home but would love to have a home of my own, will you adopt me today?
